Care Instructions

Dust the shade gently with a dry, soft brush or lint roller.
Spot clean with a barely damp cloth only never soak or machine wash the cord.
Keep away from direct, prolonged sunlight to prevent the cotton from yellowing over time.
Switch off and let the bulb cool before cleaning near the shade.
For indoor use only, away from moisture.

Q: Is the bulb included?
A: Yes. The lamp ships with one E27 warm white LED bulb, ready to plug in and switch on.

Q: Will the shadow pattern show on any wall?
A: It is most visible in a dim room with the lamp placed 15–30 cm from a plain wall. Textured or dark walls will show it more subtly.

Q: Is this lamp made to order?
A: Yes. Each shade is hand-knotted after you place your order, so small variations in the weave are normal and part of what makes it handmade.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Because each piece is made to order, dispatch takes 5–7 business days, with delivery in 4–6 days after that across most of India.

Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
A: Yes, COD is available at checkout.

Q: What is the return policy?
A: 7-day returns from the date of delivery, provided the lamp is unused and in its original packaging.

Q: Is the wiring safe for Indian sockets?
A: Yes. The lamp comes with a 2-pin ISI-marked plug suitable for standard Indian sockets.

Each shade on this lamp is hand-knotted from natural cotton cord by artisans in Jaipur, using a macrame technique passed down through generations of weavers.

No two shades knot identically. Small variations in tension and spacing are part of the handmade process, not a flaw in it.

The base is turned from solid wood on a lathe, then sanded and finished by hand.

Every lamp is made to order. Production begins only once you place your order which is why dispatch takes a little longer than a factory-made piece, and why no two lamps are ever quite the same.
